Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns:
- All sales are final. Customized orders are not refundable.
- For hampers, we are happy to exchange any damaged/incorrect products.
2. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
- The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you. (Incase of an incorrect item sent)
- If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have received incorrectly or damaged, we will offer you a refund for the same.
- If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
