We offer a wide variety of products such as notebooks, t-shirts, bottles etc which can be branded in your company logo to gift to clients/employees and more. These help in your brand recall or to express gratitude.

2. What is the minimum order quantity for promotional products?

You can purchase any product with an MOQ of 20 units per product. For units above 50 quantities, you can reach out to us for a better pricing.

4. Can I get your retail hampers in bulk?

Yes! Our hampers on retail for everyday celebrations such as wedding or birthday gifting can be purchased in bulk. Reach out to us get a customised quote according to your needs.

Promotional Products

1. I don’t have my logo file yet but want to place an order?

No worries! Once you place your order, our team will reach out to you to discuss your logo colours, size and placements. You can share your logo later via email.

2. I want less than 20 units, is that possible?

We take an MOQ for 20 units for it to be cost effective for both client and vendors. However if you want to place an order for less, please reach out to us at +91-9582888089 or email us at contact@fangled.in and we will be happy to accommodate you however possible.

3. I want to add a box to the promotional products. Is that possible?

We do offer tote bags as packing option for you to purchase, but if you are looking for a box- please reach out to us at +91 9582888089 and we can discuss the best suitable options.

4. I only see white, blue and black products. What if I want a different colour?

5. I want the products to be delivered individually to my team/clients.

Our orders are inclusive of shipping for bulk delivery to one location. If you are looking for individual delivery, please select the option and our team will contact you for your addresses.

Retail Hampers

1. How soon can I get this hamper?

We will ship the hamper out to you in 48 hours and it will take 5 working days for delivery. Can be quicker depending on your location.

2. Is same day delivery possible?

For orders in Delhi/NCR we offer same day or next day delivery subject to availability of products. You can contact us to know more.

3. I want to add a note to my order.

You can add a note for upto 200 words on checkout. We would
be happy to send the same with your hamper.

4. Can I customize this hamper?

We don’t customize the hampers for one piece, however, if you’re looking for a bulk order (10 units or more) we would be happy to discuss possible customizations.

5. I want to place a bulk order for your retail hampers.

6. Products in the hamper are not same as shown in the pictures.

In the event you get an incorrect hampers/products, please feel free to reach out to us and we will send the correct product/hamper. Incase any product is unavailable in the hamper, our team will reach out to you beforehand to discuss a replacement.

Payments (Promotional Products & Retail Hampers)

1. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Rupay) you can also use Net Banking or Paytm Wallet. We also don’t accept COD for custom-branded orders.

2. What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

In the event that money is deducted from your account and the order hasn’t gone through, you’ll get a refund in 5-7 working days. Shipping and Delivery (Promotional Products & Retail Hampers)

1. Where do you ship?

We currently deliver all over India. We also ship internationally for custom bulk orders.  

2. When will you ship my order?

We normally ship all orders within 5-7 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.

3. By when will I receive the ordered products?

We normally process all orders within 24 hours and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 10 working days in major cities. In other parts, it usually takes 12 working days. This depends on the customization you opt for.

However, the duration of the delivery can take longer depending on your delivery location.

Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters.

1. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will get an order confirmation email shortly after you place the order. If you do not get the order confirmation shortly after placing the order, please get in touch with us immediately at shop@fangled.in

You will also get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details.

3. How do I check the status of my order?


You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking link given to you by e-mail.

4. What if I get an incorrect item?

At Fangled Gifting we make sure you receive what you asked for, however, in case of a hiccup- don’t worry. Just write an email to us at shop@fangled.in with your order number and the issue- we’ll get the right product to you in no time.

5. It has been over 14 days, my package has not arrived. What do I do?

We try to make sure that never happens, but in the rare event it does. Please get in touch with us at on Instagram or shop@fangled.in
